I think there is a 25% chance of no war with Iraq in the next 8 months. I expect that we will redeploy some Europe based troops to the Mid-East and East Africa.
We might get an agreement to peacefully occupy South Shiite Iraq and northern Kurdish Iraq. An extension of the no fly zones.
This would reduce the risk of Iraq importing and exporting WMD's.
This could have been the result of a messy war, but without the messy war.
